This is one of my favorite recipes for breakfast when I have family visiting. These tasty mini quiche can be made ahead and frozen so it’s easy to pull them out when needed. We had some of my Canadian family visit this Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed so many wonderful dishes and I made this dish the weekend before they arrived. I was able to bring the quiche out the night before and pop them in the oven in the morning. The adorable plates I served them on are from my favorite antique shop, Olde Towne Hall Antiques, Stratham, NH.
